1. Returns

Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving their order. 3. Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Inspection and Refund

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition and packaging. If the item is deemed to be in acceptable condition, we will process your refund.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 21 days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account.
